How to Start Using TurnItIn

1. Go to the TurnItIn home page:   http://turnitin.com/
2. Find the link NEW USERS at the top of the home page, and click it.
3. Follow the instructions.
4. I have the "Class ID" and "Enrollment Password" for our class. If you missed the first day of class, then e-mail me to get these. (After the FIRST TIME you log in at TurnItIn, you will not need the "Enrollment Password" ever again.)
5. Use ONLY your ufl.edu e-mail address with TurnItIn.

The NEXT Time You Log In at TurnItIn

1. Fill in the e-mail and password fields at the top of the home page: http://turnitin.com/
2. Use ONLY your ufl.edu e-mail address.
3. Use the password you created (NOT the "Enrollment Password").
4. Click LOGIN.
5. If you forget your password, click the link Forgot Your Password? TurnItIn will e-mail a new password to you.

I have posted these instructions in the hopes that I will not receive quite so many e-mails asking me to provide a password, when in fact I do not have your personal password.
