Story 001 / deadbeats Not forking over child support payments has landed at least eight deadbeat parents in hot water with the Alachua County Sheriff's Office. The A-S-O conducted a sweep of the county Wednesday and nabbed the eight non-payers, who owed amounts ranging from 260 dollars all the way up to well past 10-thousand dollars. A-S-O spokesman Keith Faulk says there are few choices for these men. The A-S-O arrested the men for Writ of Bodily Attachment, which is a way of saying they neglected child support. 84 words Sound file intact, not edited: - faulkraw.wav
